Listen to your own sleep cues

Your little one is thriving as you continue to respond to their cues and provide lots of snuggles and sleep support. How are you doing with sleep? Are you keeping track of your own sleep to make sure you are getting enough rest? Taking advantage of small pockets of time to take a 20 minute recovery nap? While you’re focused on your baby’s sleep cues and routines don’t ignore your own cues to rest. Continue to make naps a priority and build on the healthy sleep habits you created.
